Hi, I'm Olly.
I've been a founder for the last eight years — building EdTech products, communities, and professional spaces where people grow together.
Her Frontier is a community for women to show up, build businesses with AI, use AI to level up their careers, and find each other along the way.
Because AI is moving at the speed of light — and the only way to move with it is to be in the right room. To support each other and get enough energy to transform our professional lives.

Because women show up differently when the room was built with them in mind. Less performance. More process. Fewer victory posts, more honest notes about what's actually working this week.
Yes — if you're curious and willing to try. Half our early members are "non-technical" on paper: designers, marketers, consultants, HR, coaches, creators. Tools like Cursor, Claude, Lovable, and v0 have flattened the floor. If you can describe what you want clearly, you can build it now.
Proximity. Content tells you what worked three months ago. Newsletters summarize what's already public. Her Frontier is where women share what they're trying right now — before it becomes a thread, before it becomes a course.
Live sessions are weekly, one hour, recorded. Workshops are monthly, two hours. The group chat is async. Most members spend 2–4 hours a month live and however much time they want in chat.
It closes. Founding membership is not reissued. Founding price is not re-offered when we expand later. After 100 seats, the only way in is Monthly at the current rate — which will likely rise as Her Frontier grows.
